These are base rates and can be adjusted without notice. Rate will remain constant the term of the reservation. Special events and Holiday Weekends can affect pricing. Rate includes up to 4 guest. See Rules and Regulations. All paid guest have full access to all our restroom and laundry facilities. Weekly, and Monthly with a limited number of Seasonal and Yearly lot rates available upon request.
Registration – All guests need to register at office when they arrive.
Check-In & Check-Out Time – Check-In time for all campsites is 3PM, Check-Out time is 11AM.
Guest and Visitors – One unit (RV, trailer, pop-up or tent) one vehicle, two adults and two children (max 4 people) are included in your rate. Additional guests and vehicles must register at the office; extra fees will apply ($5 per guest/day) with a total of 6 guests (4 Adults) maximum per site. Day guests are welcome on the property until 8PM. All day guests must register at the office before proceeding to any campsite.
Fees and Refunds - All site fees must be paid in full before proceeding to site. WE are curretly strictly CASH Only so please plan accordingly, please! ALL taxes and booking fees are included in our base fee, at this time. No hidden fees. No refunds will be issued for any reason once the check in process has been completed.
Pets –Pets are always welcome! Please, keep them on a leash at all times and don’t leave them unattended. Each site allows up to two pets. Be sure to clean up after your pets and dispose of the waste properly. We ask that you register your pet upon arrival.
Vehicles – The speed limit is 5mph. All vehicles must be driven by a licensed adult. Any vehicle not legally registered to operate on a public thoroughfare must have written permission from campground management. Vehicles must be parked at your site.
Quiet Hours – Quiet hours are 10pm-8am Sunday through Thursday and 11pm to 8am on Friday and Saturday. Please note that there is a 24-hour local Noise Ordinance. Any disruptive behavior will result in loss of camping privileges without refund.
Fires & Firewood – To help stay within Pennsylvania State Regulations, please reframe from bringing firewood in from other states. We have firewood for sale at the office. All fires must be contained within a provided fire ring. Do not move the fire rings. Do not burn or leave any garbage in fire pit including cigarette butts. Please make sure any fire is fully extinguished before you leave it unattended.
Trees – Please refrain from cutting down any of our trees, alive or dead. Using them as a target for ax/hatchet/knife, driving nails or screws into, as well as tying ropes around them or cutting them with a saw could cause damage to them. We lose our trees we lose our shade.
Water – The campground is hooked to “city” water. Please be respectful with your water usage. The use of water to washer any type of vehicle or equipment, motorized or not, is strictly prohibited. Penalties could be levied.
Dump Station – If sewage is unavailable at your site, our dump station is available for use. Please refrain from “Outside” dumping at our dump station, since it is locally prohibited. Penalties could be levied. If, in a site with sewage hooks, you must ensure that no leaks can occur. Valves must only be opened to dump the contents of your holding tanks. Please keep caps on unused sewar pipes.
Garbage – Please place garbage in appropriately marked receptacles. We have set up various separate receptacles for both aluminum cans and plastic drink bottles.. Please use them so we can help reduce some unneeded waste going to landfills.
Smoking – Smoking and vaping are prohibited in and near the entrance of the entire office building including laundry and restrooms.
Alcohol – Alcohol is allowed in your campsite. Please use plastic cups (no bottles) when moving around the campground. Excessive use of Alcohol will not be tolerated and could result in loss of camping privileges without refund.
Illegal Drugs – Use of Illegal Drugs is prohibited and could result in loss of camping privileges without refund.

Property Damage – You are responsible for any property damage you cause. Please stick to hard packed roads. Most are hard gravel. Stay off grassy areas as much as possible, please.
Responsibility – Beaver Run Campground is an “Enter at Your Own Risk” facility. By entering this campground, you and your guest agree to hold the Owners of Beaver Run Campground INC and any and all employees or associates completely harmless for any loss or damage including but not limited to theft, injury or death for any reason.
Prohibited Items
Power saws of any type– Any type of power tool used for cutting. Including all electric, battery and gas, chain saws, pruners. If it has a blade or chain that is powered by electric, battery or gas.
Liquid Fuels – Any type of liquid fuel in any type of container.
Loaded Firearms – No loaded firearms are permitted on this property without express written consent from Beaver Run Campground Management.
Fireworks – It’s way too easy to start a fire.
Pools and Sprinklers – Please use our water resources respectfully.
